RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the recommendation of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering Lubricating Oils and
Greases to various departments and activities of the City of St. Paul (and County of
Ramsey), Minnesota for period from award of contract through September 15, 1967 to
MIDWEST OIL COMPANY in accordance with City specifications and the Formal Bid #1959 of said
Midwest Oil Company for the contract price of approximately $12,883.30, such bid being
the lowest and said Midwest Oil-Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor and the proper officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of St. Paul and County of Ramsey.
