PAUL µ OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK /COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSION 0 COUNCIL 2 0664 FILE NO• RESOLVED, that the "Volunteers for Maxwell for Congress Committee" is. authorized to use and exhibit a baby elephant ,owned by the City of Saint Paulrat the Hilton Hotel, in said City, on Friday, October 28, 1966, provided that•two City employees of the Como Zoo shall at all times have said baby elephant under their care and control; further, that said ,Committee shall pay a fee of $50.00 to the City for the zoo attendant and driver, and•shall furnish a heated truck with a rear hydraulic lift; provided, further, that said "Volunteers for Maxwell for Congress Committee" hold the City of Saint Paul harmless from and against all claims for damages -on account of any and all injuries to person or property arising - 'from the exhibit of said baby elephant; and further provided that said "Volunteers for Maxwell for Congress Committee" furnish to the City of Saint Paul, at their own cost, liability.insurance, which liability insurance shall include the City of Saint Paul as a named insured and shall provide minimum coverage limits in the amount of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury•and /or death, and in the amount of $50,000 per accident for property damage, and that said insurance policytbe submitted to the Corporation Counsel for his approval -as to form and execution.
