Whereas, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement
described as Resurfacing and Grading LARRY HO DRIVE from Ruth Street to
'McKnight Road, Comptroller's Contract L -6883, Ashb4ch Construction Company,
Contractor, have been provided for in the Specifications, and
Whereas, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions:
ADDITIONS
Remove 2 catch basins and leads
Furnish and install 50 lin. ft. of 12" R.C.F. sewer, Class 4
Furnish and install one catch basin,.Type 2A and approximately +
20 lin. ft. of 12" R.C.F. sewer lead
Total Addition and Lump sum price - $ 1,085.00
The City expects to construct the Battle Creek Apartments Sewer
' System which will connect to the existing sewer in Larry Ho Drive at
Michael Street. Since this sewer project can not be put under contract
1Ujlll in time to construct the outlet portion in Larry Ho Drive prior to the
` surfacing of Larry Ho Drive, it is deemed necessary to construct the
outlet portion of the Battle Creek Apartments Sewer System under this
contract.

'Whereas, The total addition is $1,085.00 and the Commissioner of Public
Works has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $1,085.00 is the
correct sum to be added to said contract; therefore be it
Resolved, That the City of St. Paul through itsl.p ity Council approves
the foregoing additions made in accordance with the Specifications in the
sum of $1,085.00, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration
named in the contract, known as Comptroller's L -6883, and which amount.is
to be included in the cost of the Battle Creek Apartments-Sewer System for
