WHEREAS, the budget resolution adopted October 25,
1966 contains an unintentional overstatement of an item in the
financing schedule which will, if uncorrected, make it appear
that a surplus exists of $20,084 when in fact such surplus will
not occur; and
WHEREAS, the Council is advised by the Corporation
Counsel that it may legally correct a manifest error in the
budget resolution, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of thb City of Saint Paul,
that to correct the aforesaid error, Resolution of the Council,
Council File No. 230595, pertaining to the 1967 Budget, is
amended by inserting after the amount "$90,000" the following
,language: "and reduce Item, Miscellaneous in Rents and
,Miscellaneous, by $20,084, so as to read 1$12,780,' and
\reduce the total of 'Rents and Miscellaneous' so as to read
'$345,632.1"
