RESOLED, That the award of $300.00 previously allowed to
Erma I. Dabe in the condemnation proceedings pursuant to
-Resolution of the City of Saint Paul, CF 228323, which was
charged to the 6000 -745 FIR.'Fund L 6847 -B, approved April 27,
1966, and set aside in the City - treasury under Resolution of
the City of Saint Paul, CF 229 71., approved August 11, 1966,
be and hereby is increased to $2000.00 for the damages suffered
-by the change of grade of Mackubin Street between West Cook
Street to West Maryland Avenue.and adjacent to the property
held in fee by said Erma I. Dabe described as follows:
Except Maryland and Mackubin Streets,
-the west 100 feet of Lot 60, Wilkinl-
,& HeywardIsOut Lots to St. Paul;
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the proper City officers are
-authorized and directed to pay said total amount to the extent
.of $300.00 from 6000 -745 PIR Fund L 6847 -B, and $1700.00 from
-the Judgment and Compromise Fund 0910 -421 upon the claimant's
'execution and delivery of a release and dismissal of her appeal
to said City, in a form approved by the Corporation Counsel,
for all damages sustained by her in the manner aforesaid.
