RESOLVED, That the Clark Oil & Refining Corporation, 400 No. Dale
-Street, St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, owner of subject premises,
hereby is granted a permit, pursuant to their application therefor, to
construct a 32 ft. driveway on the east side of Dale St. and a 32 ft.
driveway on the north side of Central Ave. into their gasoline service
station on the northeast corner of Central Ave. and Dale St. and to
thereafter maintain and operate the same as so constructed subject to said
.permittee's compliance with all applicable State Statues, City Ordinances
and rules and regulations of public authorities having cognizance.
