RESOLVED, That Plastics, Inc., 224 Ryan Avenue, St. Paul, Ramsey
County, Minnesota, owner of subject peemises, hereby is granted a permit,
pursuant to their application therefor, to construct a 40 ft. driveway on
the north side of Hill St. into their loading docks on Lot 12, Block 34,
Rice and Irvine's Addition and to thereafter maintain and operate the same
as so constructed subject to said permittee's compliance with all applicable
State StatVtes, City Ordinances and rules and regulations of public author-
ities having cognizance.
