Peterson DATE nether 219 l !� WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Improvement described as the VAN DYKE STREET STORM SEWER, Comptroller's Contract L -6811, Peter Lametti Construction Company, contractor, have been provided for in the Specifica- tions, and WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Addition: 76 tons of Gravel Sub -base Material @ $5.00 $ 380.00, and, WHEREAS, THE Commissioner of Public Works has a reed with the above named contractor that the amount of $ 390.00 is the correct sum to be added to.the lump sum condideration named ,in the contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L -6811, now therefore; be it RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul through its City Council approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the - specifications in the amount of $ 380.00, said sum to be added to the contract'consideration for said project, Comptroller's Contract L -6811, and which amount is to be financed as follows: LOCAL IMPROVEMENT CODE 1966- 0920 -701 (36 %) 212.80 MINNESOTA HIGHWAY -DEPT.
