On 6/8/05 the City Council approved CF OS-518 authorizing payment to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church for easements related to the sewer pro}ece. The Ciry offered a 15%premium on the easement value for prompt conveyance, which the church complied with. CF OS- 518 authorized the easement value, but not the premium.
