RESOLVED, That this Council hereby concurs in and approves that certain resolution
.of the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of St. Paul dated October 17, 1966,
authorizing and making provision for necessary professional services to'be performed
by the Soil Exploration Company, a division of 'Rain City Testing Laboratories, Inc.,
Fin volving the making of certain soil exploration tests to comply with the request by
e Commissioners appointed by the Ramsey County District Court for assessing damage
owners of lands to be taken by condemnation for the extension of the Board's
waterworks system, such to be accomplished under a Professional Service Contract
by and between said Board and said Twin City Testing Laboratories, Inc., in form
approved by the Corporation Counsel, whereunder the liability of said Board for
,said services shall be limited so as not to exceed Five Hundred Fifty ($550) Dollars,
such to include a factual report and engineering interpretation and such contract
.shall be deemed hereby authorized.

RESOLVED, That this Council hereby concurs in and approves that certain resolution
