the north side of Wells Street between Forest and Duchess
Streets, that the provisions of said Zoning Code hereby are

for, and the building setback line of said real estate, in

Gentlemen:
Reference is made to our application for permission to con-
struct an employees parking lot on Lots 18, 19 and 20,
Block 3 of Auditor's Sub- division V.
This property is otherwise known as 878 Forest Street and
located on the Northeast corner of Forest and Wells Streets
between Forest and Duchess Streets. ti
This presently has a residential home and garage located on
it which are scheduled to be demolished.

It is respectfully requested that the set -back requirements
of Legislative Code Chapter 60 Section 23 Paragraph 5(c)
be waived and set -back for this parking area be reduced to
zero feet on frontages facing both Forest and Duchess Streets.
The above request will allow full utilization of the property,
more orderly parking, and conform to existing parking lots
located in this area.
