This appointment is to fill the vacancy

CERTIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT
TO THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Housing
and Redevelopment Act, Chapter 487, Laws of Minnesota
of 1947, Article 2, Subdivision 6, and Chapter 514,
as Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, I hereby
appoint Mr. Martin A. Companion, 1646 Middleton Avenue,
St. Paul, Minnesota, as Commissioner on the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, for the period from October 18, 1966, to
September 15, 1971.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto signed my name as
Mayor of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and caused
the official Corporate Seal of the said City to be
impressed hereon this 18th day of October in the year
