RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that
the plans and specifications for the sanitary sewer service
connection for the SOMERSET COUNTRY CLUB for the Village of
Mendota Heights, authorized by and subject to the provisions,
terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No.
12222, approved June 27, 1962, and as amended, for the connection
of the public sewer system of the Village of Mendota Heights
with that of the City of Saint Paul, prepared by consulting
engineers of said Village and approved by the Village Council
of Mendota Heights, and heretofore submitted to and approved
by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief Engineer,
hereby are in all things approved.
