RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the plans
and specifications for the SARAGTOGA HILLS SANITARY RELIEF SEWER for
the Village of North St. Paul, authorized by and subject to the
provisions, terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance
No. 11080, as amended, May 13, 1953, for the connection of the public
sewer system of the Village of North St. Paul with that of the City
of Saint Paul, prepared by consulting engineers of said Village anal
approved by the Village Council of North St. Paul on May 16, 1966,
and heretofore submitted to and approved,by the Commissioner of.
Public Works and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all thiggs approved.
