Resolution of Annulment
Whereas, The Commissioner of Public Works having investigated the necessity
for making of the following improvement, finds that because the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota proposes to include
the improvement in their Downtown Renewal Project No. Minnesota R -20, the Prelim-
inary Order 207979 is no longer required, it therefore is
Resolved, That Preliminary Order 207979, approved July 6, 1962, for improv-
ing MINNESOTA STREET from Kellogg Boulevard to East Seventh Street by grading,
paving, curbing and widening the roadbed; by reconstructing the intersecting
'alley, street and driveway returns; by reconstructing existing paving, curbing,
sidewalks and traffic control systems where necessary; by constructing storm water
drainage facilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections where
necessary; and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
said improvement, be and the same is hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded.
