RESOLVED, that the proper, officers of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Depart-
ment of Highways, Agreement No. 55209, relative to the
,relocation of a sanitary sewer on Randolph Avenue and
St. Clair Avenue as necessitated ly T. H. 35E construction
'in Saint Paul, as more particularly set forth in said
agreement.
