RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer extensions for the City
of West St. Paul, identified as 1966 Project No. S & W -1 for the
City of West St. Paul, authorized by and subject to the provisions,
terms and conditions of the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 8829,
.approved October 23, 1946, for the connection of the public sewer
system of the City of West St. Paul with that of the City of Saint
Paul, prepared by consulting engineers of said City and approved
by the City Couxiil of West St. Paul and heretofore submitted to
and approved by the Commissioner of Public Works and the Chief
Engineer, hereby are in all thingsapproved.
