RE90LVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for Sanitary Sewer extensions for Project
-No. 66 -7, approximately 250 lineal feet of 8 inch main along the
-West Shore of Snail Lake for the Village of Shoreview, authorized
by and subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of the City
of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 11709, approved April 12, 1960, and
Ordinance No. 13138, approved January 4, 1966, for the connection
of the public sewer system of the Village of Shoreview with that of
the City of Saint Paul, prepared by consulting engineers of said
'Village and approved by the Village Council of Shoreview, and
heretofore submitted to and approved by the Commissioner of Public
Works and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
