RESOLVED, That out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of
the Water Department Fund weekly compensation of $45.00 be paid
Emmett Ryan while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason
of injuries he received on August 22, 1966, while employed by
the Board of Water Commissioners, and that $9.00 in final set-
tlement, to and including August 30, 1966, is now payable.
