RESOLVED, That The Speedy Market Number 3, Dale at Front Street,
St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, owner of subject premises, hereby
is granted a permit, pursuant to their application therefor, to con-
struct a 24 ft. driveway on the east side of Dale St. and a 23k ft.
driveway on the north side of Front Ave. into a parking area, and to
thereafter maintain and operate the same as so constructed subject to
said permittee's compliance with all applicable State Statutes, City
Ordinances and rules and regulations of Public authorities having
cognizance.
