REDOLVEDa That Application J- 10194 for Restaurant License, applied for by
David L. Wolfe at 841 Grand Avenue, be and the same is hereby granted,
PROVIDED, 11011 VER: That said parking lot maintained in connection with this establishment,
be closed at 10 :00 p.m, dally, when a chain with appropriate reflective
sign stating the fact of such closing shall1be placed across the
entrance of same upon the abbtting line of Grand avenue, that there
shall be no artificial illumination in said parking lot on any day
after 10:00 p.m., that all parking lot lights thereon be turned out
at 10.00 p.m. daily, that no car parked thereon at 10:00 p.m. shall
be suffered or permitted to remain thereon after 11:00 p.m. on any d ay,
that a small entrance area in the rear of said parking lot area shall
be maintained open and accessible for the delivery of goods and
merchandise to and for the operation of said restaurant, and that
the sidewalks around the property be cleared of snow and ice during
the winter.
