An Ordinance amending Section 308.07 of the St. Paul
Legislative Code by deleting that portion pertAining to
_residence requirements for holders of liquor licenses.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES 0- RDAIN:
Section 1. That the last paragraph of Section 308.07
.of the St. Paul Legislative Code, which reads as follows:
",No person, firm or corporation, other than a bona
fide resident of the City of St. Paul, shall be
granted a license required asset out in Section
- 308.02. In the event of application being made
for such license by a corporation, all of its stock-
holders and officers must also be bona fide residents
-of the City of St. Paul, except corporations engaged
in the catering hUsiness or the operation of a hotel
-as defined in Section 340.07, Subdivisinn 4, Minnesota
-Statutes Annotated. However, this provision shall
not apply to persons,.firms, or corporations who were
,licensed undEr this chapter on Nov. 20, 1952."
is hereby amended by deleting the .same in its entirety.
Section 2. This ordinance'shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
