RESOLVED, That the Midway Car Wash Center, John and Judson Hilton,
-2087 University Avenue, City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, owner
of subject premises, hereby is granted a permit, pursuant to their applica-
-tion therefor, to construct a 35 ft. driveway on the north side of Univer-
sity Avenue beginning at the extended enter line of Cleveland Avenue to
the east 35 ft. and a 30 ft. driveway beginning 98 ft. east of the extended
center line of Cleveland Avenue and to thereafter maintain and operate the.
same as so constructed, subject to said permittee's compliance with all
applicable State Statutes, City Ordinances and rules and regulations of
public authorities having cognizance.
