Resolved that upon reconsideration and,.for the purpose of effectuating the true intent

resolution of this Council in the nature of a Final Order designated as C.F. No. 230317
approved September 27, 1966 be amended to read as follows:

In the matter of condemning -and taking an easement for the purpose of constructing and
maintaining a public sewer on, under, and across the East h feet of the West 10 feet of
Lot 6, Block 16, G. V. Bacon's Addition from East Third Street to the alley in the rear
of said lot. Also, condemning and taking temporary easements for construction purposes
on.the West 6 feet and the.East 8 feet of the West 18 feet of Lot 6, Block 16, G. V.
Bacon's Addition from,East Third Street to the alley in the,rear of said lot.

RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is to condemn and take an easement for the purpose
of constructing.and maintaining a public sewer on, under, and across the East 4 feet
of the West 10 feet of'Lot 6, Block 16, G. V. Bacon's Addition from East Third Street
to the alley. in the rear., of, said lot.. - Also,, condemning and taking temporary easements
