of effectuating,the true intent and purpose of the
Council, the prior resolution of this Council in the File No. 17095
nature of a Final Order designated as C.F.,230318
approved September 27, 1966 be amended to read as-follows:,
In the Matter of constructing a sewer in an easement to be obtained on, under and
across the East 4 ,feet of the West 10 feet of Lot 61 Block 16, G. V. Bacon's Addition
from E. Third Street to the alley in the rear of said lot.

A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same;; therefore, be it ,
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made, by the said City is
-to construct a sewer in an easement to be obtained on, under and across the -East 4
feet of the West 10 feet of Lot 6, Block 16, G. V. Bacon's Addition from E. Third
Street,to the alley in the rear of said lot.-

and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby, instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon_ said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized+ and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith. =
