WHEREAS, In the Plat of Rearrangement of Blocks
629 67, 68 and Lot 1 of Block 75, St. Anthony Park,,the
City of St. Paul was granted a sewer right -of -way over
the 16 foot strip of land lying immediately North of
Lots 14 and 15 in Block 2, which 16 foot strip of land
was established as a "private railroad alley "; and
WHEREAS, It is now determined that no such sewer
right -of -way as granted unto said City is necessary for
any purpose or use by said City; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed, on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul, conveying to Arthur M.
Stone the City's interest in the following described
property:

A strip of land from Raymond Avenue to
the Northeasterly corner of Lot 15, Block
2, Rearrangement of Blocks 62, 672 68 and
Lot 1 of Block 75, St.'Anthony Park, being
16 feet wide and 378.2 feet long, more or
less, bounded on the Northeasterly side by
the Northern Pacific Railway Company's
southerly right of way line and on the
Southwesterly side by Lots 14 and 15, in
said Block 2; all in Rearrangement of
Blocks 62, 67, 68 and Lot 1 of Block 75,
St. Anthony Park, according to the recorded
plat thereof, containing 6051 square feet,
more or less.
