RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
Grade and surface with bituminous material the alley in
Wakefield Place from Cypress St. west approximately 320 feet to
the alley turn - around. Also construct a sewer in an easement to
be obtained on, under and across the east 4 feet of the west 6
feet of Lot 5, Wakefield Place from Wilson Ave. to the alley in the
rear of said lot, under Preliminary Order No. 229461, approved
July 13, 1966.
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and the
same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all
proceedings in such matter discontinued.
