COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
By
Resolved that permission be and is hereby granted to the
Northwestern Bell Telephone Company to make necessary excavations
for and to maintain underground and aerial cable plant with
associated laterals to intersecting streets and alleys.
On Robie Street from Andrew Street to Arthur Street
On Arthur Street from Annapolis Street to Winifred Street
On Winifred Street from Andrew Street to Brown Street
On Brown Street from Annapolis Street to Congress Street
On Andrew Street from ,Annapolis Street to Winifred Street
Work to be done under the direction of the Commissioner of
Public Works. -The Telephone Company,to pay costs of publications
hereto.
The location of proposed work is to be subject to approval
of the Board of Water Commissioners and the Public Works Department.
