This matter was considered at the September 1, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the plans meet the design standards for this type of facil- ity and that the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plans as to traffic and recommends approval. Setbacks are not required and an 8 ft. buffer is required adjacent to the residence fronting on Aurora Ave. A catch basin will have to be installed on the site for surface drainage. Concrete wheel stops will be installed along University Ave. & adjacent to the buffer area. The Aurora Ave. driveway is 14 ft. wide and the University Ave. driveway is 22 ft. wide. D.
