RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs.in the action of the Purchasing Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract to MINNEAPOLIS EQUIPMENT COMPANY for furnishing and delivering
to the City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Utilities, Street Ngbibg Warehouse, 100
East 10th Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota,One Trackmaster Tiger, Track Driven Utility
Trencher with Trailer at a total cost of $4,760.00 in accordance with City specifications
therefor and the Formal Bid #1873 of said Minneapolis Equipment Company, such bid being
the lowest and said Minneapolis Equipment Cpmpany being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of
contract therefor and the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul,
