RESOLVED, That the Council hereby concurs in the award of the Purchasing Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing and delivering Tabulating Cards
for various Departments of the City of St. Paul.iand County of Ramsey to DATA DOCU-
MENTS, INC. in accordance with City specifications therefor and the Formal Bid #1758
of said Data Documents, Inc. for twelve -month period beginning June 1, 1966, for the
contract price of approximately $9200.00 (at unit prices bid), such bid being the
lowest and said Data Documents, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor and the proper officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract.
