RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and
Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon the premises described as
the west 1/2 of south 120 feet of Lot 17, and except north 13.S feet Lot
16, Block 7, Mackubin and Marshall's Addition to Saint Paul, according
to the recorded plat thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds
of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also known as 439 West Central Avenue, and
wreck and remove the two family dwelling and garage thereon, and to do
any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life, limb
and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
Under date of July 11, 1966 a printed copy of- Council File
No. 229404 was mailed to Royal Realty Company, owner, and
Minneapolis Federal Savings & Loan Assn., mortgagee, which
resolution directed the repair or wrecking and removal of the
two family dwelling and the garage on the West 1/2 of South
120 feet of Lot 17, and Except North 13.5 feet Lot 16, Block 7,
Mackubin & Marshall's Addition to Saint Paul, also known as
439 West Central Avenue, as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing of
the condemnation proceedings and the structures have not been
repaired or wrecked and removed. Please proceed with the
condemnation action, which will authorize the Commissioner of
Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings to enter upon the
property and wreck and remove the structures thereon, and to
do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of
life, limb, and adjoining property.
