WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul, by
Council File No. 225227, approved September 15, 1965, duly
ratified an award fnr damages arising from a condemnation of
opening and widening West Cottage Avenue; and
WHEREAS, an award in the amount of $98.32 was made on
certain parcels involved in said condemnation, said parcels
being held by the City of Saint Paul and used by the Department
of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
the Comptroller is herewith directed to pay the amount of the
award $98.32, out of PIR Fund L -6798 to Fund No. 0749R.
