WHEREAS,`t'he Office of the Corporation Counsel has
certified in writing that it is in doubt as to who is en-
,title to the award of damages, in the amount of 'Thirty -Tao
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00) for the taking of

The westerly forty -four (W' ly 44) feet of the
following: The North one -half (N 1/2) of Lot
two (2), V. D. Walsh's Rearrangement of Lots 1 &
2, Bl'k. 16, Robert & Randall's Add. and Bl'k 7,
Hoyt's Add.;
Also a temporary easement for the purpose of enabling
the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, or its agents'to
enter thereon lorwreck the entire building occupying
the premises located at 468 Jackson Street on,the
following described parcel of land: The North one -half
(N 1/2) of Lot two (2) , V. D. Walsh's Rearrangement of
Lots 1 & 2, B11k. 16, Robert & Randall's Add. and Bl'k 7,
Hoyt's Add., except the westerly forty -four (W'ly 44)
feet thereof, said easement to remain in effect for a
period of one (1) year commencing November 1, 1965, and
terminating October 31, 1966;
according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey County,
