,electric fan in the Air Pollution Room; this work having been

Dear Sir:
Contract No. G -4147 was awarded Midway Waterproofing Company;
Inc., for Replacing Windows on the'Fourth Floor, Public Util-
ities Building,, Saint Paul.
During the course of the work, it was found desirable to in-
stall a window ventilator and one electric fan in the Air Pol-
lution Room on the first floor and at the request of the Com-
missioner of Public Utilities, negotiations have been conduct-
ed with the Contractor, who agrees to do this work for $150.00
which is a fair and reasonable amount for the labor and materi-
al involved.
It is therefore requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra.
