• RESOLVED, That based upon the introduction of Ordinance No:
13291, entitled "An Ordinance granting permission to Minnesota j
Sawdust and Shavings Co. to install an 8 inch, 16 gauge, galvanized
steel pipe encased in a 12 inch, 16 gauge, corrugated steel culvert,
.2 feet below the present grade in Bush Ave. at DeSoto St. for the
purpose of unloadirig sawdust from box cars," temporary permission
-may be and hereby is granted to said Minnesota Sawdust and Shavings
Co. to install said pipes as set forth in said ordinance, upon
acceptance by said Minnesota Sawdust and Shavings Co. of all terms
'and conditions of said ordinance, including the filing of said
acceptance in writing with the City Clerk and the furnishing of the
bond in said ordinance required, and that upon filing of such acceptance
`and bond, the Commissioner of Public Works may issue a temporary permit
'to said Minnesota Sawdust and Shavings Co. notwithstanding final
`passage, approval and publication of said ordinance.
