FINAL ORDER IN CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS
In the matter of opening, widening and extending E. ROSE AVE. creating a cul -de -sac for
.street purposes, west of Clarence St. by condemning and taking'those parts of Lots 16
-and 179 Block 1, and Lots 12 and 13, Block 29 all'in Kiefer Park, lying between the
-north and south right -of -way lines of E. Rose Ave. and the arc'of a circle having a 50
ft. radius, the center of said circle being on the center line of E. Rose Ave. and 65.0
ft. east of the northern Pacific R.R. east R/W line.
under Preliminary Order 228223

A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council having
heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered the same;
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
,Opening, widening and extending E. ROSE AVE. creating a cul- delsac for street purposes,
,west of Clarence St. by condemning and taking those parts of Lots 16 and 17, Block 1, and
-Lots 12 and 13, Block 29 all in Kiefer Park, lying between the 'north and south right -
,of -way lines of E. Rose Ave. and the arc of a circle having a 50 ft. radius, the center
.of said circle being on the center line of E. Rose Ave. and 65.10 ft. east of the
.Northern Pacific R.R. east R/W line.
and the Council hereby orders said improvements to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the following land, lands or easements therein be and the same are
hereby ordered to be taken, appropriated and condemned for the purpose of making said improvements, viz.:
.Opening, widening and extending E. ROSE AVE. creating a cul -de -,sac for street purposes,
west of Clarence St. by condemning and taking those parts of Lots 16 add 17, Block 1, and
-Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, all in Kiefer Park, lying between the north and south right -
-of -way lines of E. Rose Ave. and the arc of a circle having a 50 ft. radius, the center
• of said circle being on the center line of E. Rose Ave. and 65.0 ft. east of the
Northern Pacific R.R. east R/W line.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and the prop(
authorized and directed to proceed with the making of said improvement in acct
2 1966
