Saint Paul hereby approves and concurs in the action of
the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of saint Paul
- represented by its resolution dated July 21 , 1966,
whereby said Board approved and authorized the execution
on behalf of said board of the proposed Supplement No. 3
-to existing Utilities Agreement t4erein mentioned!
between said Board and the Port Authority of the City
'of 'Saint Paul, pertaining to the water distributions *ystem
serving the Port Authority in Riverview Industrial Park.
