to construct a used car lot by Roster Pontiac on the north -1
east corner of Kittson and E. Seventh Streets, described ,
as Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Block 21, Kittson's Addition. j

The matter was considered at the June 2, 1966 Board of
.Zoning Meeting. The staff reported that the plans meet the
design standards for this type of facility and the-Traffic
Engineer has reviewed the plan as to traffic and recommends
approval.
Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the 1
application for the permit.
