Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a
Permit to remodel an existing private filling station
by Northwester Publications on the southwest corner
of Fourth and Minnesota Streets described as Lots 1,
2 and 3, Block 24, St. Paul Proper.
This matter was considered at the May 19, 1966 Board
of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the plans
meet the design standards for this type facility and
the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plans as to
traffic and recommends approval. Therefore, the
Board recommends approval for the application for a
Permit.

They Irish to install one (1) island, three (3) pumps and
two (2) 7,000 gallon underground gasoline storage tanks. I
We have investigated the foregoing and report that this
installation will be made in accordance with the rules and
regulations of the St. Paul Fire Prevention Code.
We, therefore, recommend that permission be granted.
