The property is described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 1, Como Prospect, including all of vacated alley adjoining. This matter was considered at the June 2, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the plan met the design standards for this type of facility and the - Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plans as to traffic and recommends approval.
