This is an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preser- vation of the public-peace, health and safety. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to 64, "'7``r' H 'h � inclusive, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertaining to Use-Districts, Height Districts, and Rezoning of cer- tain properties in the City of Saint Paul, as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended so as,�to rezone the following described property from "C" Residence Dis- trict to Commercial District, to -wit: Lot 11, "'Block 1 Joseph R. Weide's Addition to the pity of Sit. Paul; situate on property located on the south side of Maryland Avenue between Payne Avenue and Edgerton Street in the City of Saint Paul. Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety. Section 3. This ordinance cancels and supersedes prior Ordinance No. 13276, Council File 229150, passed by the Council July 6, 1966. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage, approval and publication.
