WHEREAS, In connection with the repairing and resurfacing of the bridge
roadway on the Marshall Avenue Bridge, and
WHEREAS, The City of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota have entered
into an extra - ordinary maintenance Agreement No. 1172, regarding this project,
now therefore be i e
RESOLVED., That this project be completed by City Forces at an estimated
cost of $13p200.00 including Engineering costs and this amount to be charged
to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fiend, Code 6000, and this same fund
to be reimbursed from the Minnesota Highway Department under extra - ordinary
maintenance Agreement No. 1172.
