under Provisions of Council File No.
J' 148392, Ordinance No. 9313, dated June 24, 1949.
Resolved, also, that all pavement removal, trench
backfill and pavement, curb and sidewalk restoration
shall be done in accordance with Section 19 of the
"General Specifications for Street and Sewer Construction"
of the City of St. Paul, Department of Public Works, and
that the permittee reimburse the City of St. Paul,
Department of Public Works for all costs of inspection
to insure compliance with such specifications.
