WHEREAS,- The City Architect has requested the City Council
to hold a public hearing to consider the advisability and neces-
sity of the correction or wrecking and removal of the two - family
dwelling at 707 Preble Street, more particularly described as Lot
4, Block 40. Irvine's Second Addition to Saint Paul because said
dwelling is reported to constitute a hazardous structure; and
WHEREAS,, It appears that the last known record owner of the
property is Anna A. Nalipinski; and the following appear to have
an interest of record: George F. and Faye E. Kraemer and the
Twin City Federal,Savings & Loan Association; therefore be it
RESOLVED", That a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of .Saint Paul, in the Council Chambers of
the Court House And City Hall, in said city at ten o'clock A. M.
on Wednesday, August 10., 1966 to consider the advisability and
necessity of ordering the correction or wrecking and removal
of the dwelling on the above described property because said
dwelling is reported to constitute a hazardous building and a
hazard to, public health, safety and welfare, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Architect, on behalf of the
City Council, notify by mail the record owner of the property
in question at the last known address, as well as other inter-
ested persons of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
