Marshall City Clerk Building Dear Sir: This is. written in response to an applicstion for a permit by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority to construct a 44 -car parking lot on the west side of Robert Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets, des- cribed as the southerly one -third of Lots 1, 2, and 3, and the northerly one -third of Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 11, St. Paul Proper. This matter was considered at the June 16, 1966 Board of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the plan meets the design standards for this type of facility and the Traffic Engineer has approved the plans as to traffic and recommends approval.
