RESOLVED, That the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of the City of Saint Paul be and hereby is granted a permit
to construct a 44 -car parking lot on property located on
the west side of Robert Street between Fifth and Bixth
Streets, more particularly described as follows:
The southerly one -third of Lots 1, 2, and 3, and
the northerly one -third of Lots 14, 15, and 16,
Block 11, Saint Paul Proper;
all in accordance with plans dated Received June 8, 1966;
subject to the condition that said applicant- permittee,
and Its successors and assigns, shall make due compli$ ace
with all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is. written in response to an applicstion for a
permit by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority to
construct a 44 -car parking lot on the west side of
Robert Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets, des-
cribed as the southerly one -third of Lots 1, 2, and
3, and the northerly one -third of Lots 14, 15, and
16, Block 11, St. Paul Proper.
This matter was considered at the June 16, 1966 Board
of Zoning meeting. The staff reported that the plan meets
the design standards for this type of facility and the
Traffic Engineer has approved the plans as to traffic
and recommends approval.
Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of
the permit.

Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House in the City of
St. Paul at 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 1966, on the application of
Housing and Redevelopment Authority for a permit-,to develop site
with a 44 -car parking lot on following property: southerly 1/3
of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and subject to alley, northerly 1/3 of Lots 14,
15 and 16, Block 11, St. Paul Proper. The property is located on
