RESOLVED, That Roster Pontiac, Inc., owner of the subject
real estate, be and hereby is granted a permit to construct
a 39 -car parking lot on property located on the north side of
East Sixth Street between Neill and Kittson Streets, more
particularly described as follows:
.Lots 7 and 8, Block 35, Kittsons Addition to
Saint Paul;
all in accordance with final plans dated Received June 27,
1966; subject to the /condition that said applicant- permittee,
and its successors and assigns, shall make due compliance
with all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinances, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for
permit of the Roster Pontiac Inc. to construct a
39 -car parking lot on the north side of east Sixth
Street between Neill and Kittson Streets, described
as Lots 7 and 8, Block 35, Kittson's Addition.
This matter was considered at the June 16, 1966 Board
of Zoning meeting and the staff reported the plans
meet the design standards for this type of facility
and the Traffic Engineer has approved the plans.
Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of
the permit.
