RESOLVED, That the State of Minnesota be and hereby
is granted a permit to construct a 262 -car parking ramp on
property located in the block bounded by University Avenue,
Capitol Boulevard, Sherburne Avenue and Cedar Street, more
particularly described as follows:
Block 2, Capitol Grounds;
all in accordance with plans dated Received May 20, 1966;
subject to the condition that said applicant- permittee, and
its successors and assigns, shall make due compliance with
all applicable provisions of Municipal ordinalces, State
statutes and rules and regulations of public authorities
having cognizance.

Dear Sir:
This is written in response to the application for a permit
by the State of Minnesota to construct a 262 car parking ramp
in the block bounded by University Avenue, Capitol Boulevard,
Sherburne Avenue and Cedar Street described as Block 2,
Capitol Grounds Addition.
This matter was considered at the June 2, 1966 meeting of
the Board of Zoning. The staff reported that the plans
meet the design standards for this type of facility, and
that the Traffic Engineer has reviewed the plan as to traffic
and recommends approval.
Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of the
application for a permit for a 262 car parking ramp.
