An ordinance amending Chapter 145 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, pertaining to absolute parking restrictions. This is an emergency
ordinance rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace,
health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF. SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 145.01, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Robert St. Kellogg Blvd. Eighth St. East
Trucks may park (On service
6 :00 -11:00 A.M. drives)
Section 2.
That Section 145.01, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:.
STREET FROM TO SIDE
Robert St. Kellogg Blvd. Eighth St. East
Broadway South Junction Sixth St. East
of Fifth St.
Section 3.
That Section 145.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by deleting therefrom the following: _
STREET FROM TO SIDE HOURS
Broadway Fourth St. Fifth St. East 4:00 -6100 P.M.

Broadway 100 ft. north Sixth St. East 7:00 -9:00 A.M.
of Fourth St.
Section 4.
That Section 145.05, Saint Paul Legislative Code, is hereby amended
by adding thereto the following:
STREET FROM TO SIDE HOURS
Broadway Fourth St. South Junction East 7:00 -9:00 A.M.
of Fifth St. - 4:00 -6:00 P.M.
Section 5..
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance
rendered necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety.
Section 6.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage,
approval and publication.
