WHEREAS, on assessment for sidewalk construction was
levied under Contract 62 -M -253, District Number 2, Levy Number
11, against property described as: North one -half of Lot 1,
-Block 6, Anna E. Ramsey's Addition to the City of Saint Paul,
and
WHEREAS, said property was assessed in the amount of
$204.24 which amount included $99.97 for the City's Share of
the cost of the long side construction; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works
be and is hereby authorized to pay from the Permanent Improve-
- went Revolving Fund, Code 6000, the amount of $99.97, a portion
.of the assessable costs of sidewalk construction under the
above contract for the year 1962, said Permanent Improvement
.Revolving Fund to be reimbursed from the City's Share of Local
.Improvement Aid Fund 0920 -701. Said payment to apply against
• assessments receivable in the amount of $99.97, Improvement
Number 6432 -R, resulting in a balance to owner of $1104.27.
